Meet the Pastor
Jeffery Patterson
Jeff Patterson grew up around Marlow, OK and graduated from Bray-Doyle High School (Home of the Donkeys). After graduating he attended Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Christian Ministry and a Masters of Ministry. Jeff and his wife, Mandi, met at Southwestern and married.
Kids
At Compassion our kids experience safe, clean, & fun environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.
Students
At Compassion Students we desire to see each and every student become everything God wants them to be and realize the amazing future they have with Him.
What Can You Expect
We are a family of individuals that have found Hope in Jesus Christ and we simply want as many people to experience that exact same freedom.
How long is a Compassion OKC Service?
In total, a Compassion service is about 75 minutes in length. Services typically begin with the Worship band leading the church in a few songs. Song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship, however you feel most comfortable. Then, one of our pastors will share a message from our current teaching series.
What's the culture like at Compassion?
Sunday’s at Compassion are exciting, casual, and relaxed. If you are new, you can come as you are and expect to feel welcomed here.
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week – and at Compassion Kids, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for Compassion Kids the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the Compassion Kids experience. Compassion Kids is offered at every Compassion service for infants through 5th grade.
